The function of this meeting space is to forward expression, connection, and goodness.
Two solid holds to stand on are Fairness and Truthfulness, and these two are paramount. While aruguably there is no Truth, there is truthfulness.
Also, for inter and intrapersonal relationships to function well, they need:
1) GOOD WILL
2) RESPONSIBILITY
3) Timely communicaiotn. that is, while we do not always say, think, or act in the best way, it's always best to clean up any mess ASAP.
